1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Product is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Product is not damaged, altered, or missing any parts
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Perishable goods (food items, beverages, etc.)
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product back to us using the provided return address
  6. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product
  • Processing: 5-7 business days for refund to be initiated
  • Credit to Account: 3-10 business days depending on your payment method

Total Time: 10-20 business days from the date we receive your return

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will be credited to the same card (5-10 business days)
  • UPI: Refund will be credited to the same UPI account (3-5 business days)
  • Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the same bank account (5-7 business days)
  • Wallet: Refund will be credited to the same wallet (1-3 business days)

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is returned in used condition but still functional
  • Product is missing accessories or parts
  • Product packaging is damaged but product is intact

7. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges apply as follows:

  • Defective/Wrong Product: Free return shipping (we cover the cost)
  • Customer Change of Mind: Customer bears the return shipping cost
  • Free Shipping Orders: Original shipping charges will be deducted from refund

8. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the original product for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

9. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel an order before it is shipped:

  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • No cancellation charges apply
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
