Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: Cancel anytime before the order is shipped for a full refund
After Shipment: Cancel within 24 hours of shipment notification (subject to return policy)
After Delivery: Cannot cancel, but you can return the product as per our refund policy

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

Log in to your account
Go to "My Orders" section
Select the order you want to cancel
Click on "Cancel Order" button
Select the reason for cancellation
Confirm the cancellation

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team to cancel your order.

3. Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellation is allowed:

Immediate Cancellation: Within 1 hour of order placement (instant refund)
Before Processing: Within 24 hours of order placement (full refund within 5-7 days)
After Processing: Before shipment (full refund within 5-7 days)
After Shipment: Within 24 hours of shipment (return required, refund as per refund policy)

4. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

Before Processing: No cancellation charges (full refund)
After Processing: No cancellation charges (full refund)
After Shipment: Return shipping charges may apply (as per refund policy)
Customized/Personalized Items: Cannot be cancelled once processing begins

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

Orders that have already been delivered
Customized or personalized products (once processing has started)
Digital products or downloadable content
Perishable goods
Orders shipped via express delivery (within 2 hours of order)
Gift cards or vouchers

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refund processing for cancelled orders:

Refund Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Processing Time: 5-7 business days from cancellation confirmation
Credit Time: 3-10 business days depending on payment method
Total Time: 8-17 business days for refund to reflect in your account

7. Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items:

You can cancel individual items from your order
Partial refund will be processed for cancelled items
Remaining items will be shipped as scheduled
Shipping charges will be recalculated if applicable

8. Cancellation by PriyanshShop

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

Product is out of stock or unavailable
Pricing errors or technical glitches
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
Violation of terms and conditions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Payment verification failure

If we cancel your order, you will receive:

Immediate notification via email and SMS
Full refund within 5-7 business days
Explanation for the cancellation

9. Cancellation Confirmation

Once you cancel an order:

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number
Order status will be updated to "Cancelled" in your account

10. Reversal of Cancellation

If you wish to reverse a cancellation:

We will attempt to reverse the cancellation if the order hasn't been processed for refund
Reversal is subject to order status and availability

11. Promotional Offers and Cancellation

If you cancel an order that used a promotional offer:

The promotional discount will not be reinstated
Refund will be for the amount paid (after discount)
Promo code may or may not be reusable (as per promo terms)
